Dimitris Mavros is an MSc naturopath from Ansted University and holds a Higher Diploma in the field of electroacupuncture (W.E.A. method) from Berkeley-London UK.

He has submitted his PhD at Ansted Public University.

His acquaintance with the field of alternative medicine began as early as 1986, when he first visited the island of Jawa, Indonesia, and continued as a successive education in countries such as China, Thailand, Indonesia and Korea, where he specialized in acupuncture, spine treatments and reflexology-zone therapies.

In the context of ongoing training, Dimitris Mavros participated in the development of anti-tox programs in collaboration with eco-house, informing professionals and individuals with relevant suggestions, while he also attended the following seminars held by NHS Hellas:

• Analysis of Holistic Energy Healing from Ancient Greek to Chinese Medicine – May 1999.
• Healings in ancient Greece – January 2001.
• Facial Reflexology and Special Points of the Face, Treatment and Practice – December 1998.

Dimitris Mavros has collaborated with physical rehabilitation centers, as well as hospitals, such as Onassios Cardiac Surgery. He has been a director and professor at a school of Alternative Healing Methods, where he has taught in the field of reflexology, electromagnetism, nutritional counseling.

Since 2001, he has maintained his own center for alternative therapy and physical rehabilitation, which is now located at 3 Perikleous Street in Maroussi.
